The study of Human Behavior also called behaviorism and its shaped how our parents teach their children and how our school system worked.

Behavioral Psychology

Behavioral researchers observed and measured human behavior by various parameters. Researchers did not consider subjective influences such as mood, feeling etc. Instead, they focused on how environmental influences and conditioning shape the way we act.

A study on human behavior has revealed that 90% of the population can be classified into four basic personality types: Optimistic, Pessimistic, Trusting and Envious. And some words describe the behavior like curious, lazy, polite. 

Behavior and Health 

 Behaviorist principles are sometimes used today to treat mental health challenges, such as phobias or PTSD. Many of the leading causes of death and disease are attributed to unhealthy behaviors. For example, poor nutrition and low levels of physical activity are associated with higher risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity.

Irritation, Anger, Disease, depression and lose your mind control these are the initial symptoms.

 



Behavior and relations

Our behavior shapes the quality of our relationships. Our mood, feeling, reactions, effects our behavior and type of behavior effects our decisions. A our decisions decides our relationship maturity. Healthy relationships involve honesty, trust, respect and open communication between partners and these are possibly depends on good behavior.

Behavior Improvement

A good sleep, physical activity and diet are helping for good mental fitness. And a good mentally strong person can balance our behavior. 

Some Parenting behavior and strategies are build a well behaved and strong minded kids. Kids ages three to five years old may have developed strong language skills and experienced many things, but they are still learning about how to manage their behavior and emotions.
